2. Scope of Services

Magical Web World specializes in providing IT services, including but not limited to website design and development, digital marketing, mobile application development, SEO, and other related services. The exact scope of services will be defined in the client agreement or project proposal.

3. Client Obligations

Provision of Information: The client agrees to provide accurate, complete, and timely information required to execute the project.

Approvals: Timely approvals for designs, content, or other deliverables are the client’s responsibility.

Third-Party Costs: Any third-party costs (e.g., hosting, domain registration, plugins) are the client's responsibility unless specified otherwise.

4. Payment Terms

Quotation Validity: All quotations are valid for 30 days unless specified otherwise.

Payment Schedule: Payment terms will be outlined in the specific project agreement. Typically, a percentage of the total cost is due upfront, with remaining payments tied to project milestones.

Late Payments: Late payments may incur interest at the rate of 2% per month.

Refunds: Payments made are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the project agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

Ownership: Upon full payment, ownership of the project deliverables will transfer to the client. However, the Company retains ownership of any proprietary tools, templates, or code libraries used.

Licensing: Any third-party software or plugins integrated into the project will be subject to their respective licenses.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information shared during the course of the project. Confidential information must not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent.

7. Project Timelines

Delivery: The Company will make all reasonable efforts to meet agreed project timelines. Delays caused by the client’s failure to provide required inputs will not be the Company’s responsibility.

Revisions: Project revisions are subject to the agreed scope of work. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

8. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

No Guarantee: The Company does not guarantee specific results (e.g., higher rankings, increased traffic) from digital marketing or SEO efforts.

Liability: The Company’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service that caused the claim.

Exclusions: The Company will not be liable for damages caused by third-party services or unforeseen events such as cyberattacks, downtime, or technical failures.

9. Termination

By Client: The client may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Any work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced.

By Company: The Company reserves the right to terminate the agreement if the client breaches these Terms or fails to make timely payments.
