    • Refund Policy

    At Magical Web World, we are committed to providing high-quality IT services, including website design, development, digital marketing, and application development. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund request is necessary. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds will be processed.

    1. Eligibility for Refunds

    Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

    Refund requests must be made in writing via email to info@magicalwebworld@gmail.com

    Refunds will be considered only for services not delivered as per the agreed project scope or milestones.

    Services rendered, including but not limited to consultation, development hours, design work, and any third-party costs incurred, are non-refundable.

    2. Refund Conditions

    a. Website Design & Development:

    Refunds will only be considered before project initiation or the submission of the first design concept.

    Once the project is in development or milestones have been approved, refunds are not applicable.

    b. Digital Marketing Services:

    Refunds are not provided for ongoing or completed digital marketing campaigns.

    If a campaign has not been initiated within the specified timeline due to our delay, a refund may be considered.

    c. Application Development Services:

    No refunds will be issued once development work has commenced or after the delivery of initial prototypes.

    d. Maintenance & Support Services:

    Maintenance plans or support agreements are non-refundable once initiated.

    3. Cancellation by the Client

    If the client chooses to terminate the project for any reason:

    A refund will only be provided for unused services that have not yet commenced.

    A cancellation fee of 25% of the total project cost will apply.

    4. Cancellation by Magical Web World

    If we are unable to deliver the services due to unforeseen circumstances, we will:

    Refund the amount for any incomplete milestones, less any costs incurred for work completed up to the point of cancellation.

    5. Non-Refundable Items

    Domain name registration fees

    Hosting services

    Third-party tools or software purchases

    Consultation fees

    6. Refund Process

    Refunds will be processed within 15-20 business days of approval.

    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction.

    7. Dispute Resolution

    In the event of a dispute, Magical Web World will work with the client to reach a mutually agreeable resolution. If no resolution can be reached, the decision of Magical Web World will be final.
